No Fulton 24-Hour Release Feed
Neither the Fulton County Sheriff's Office nor CCNO provides an official list of people released during the past 24 hours. Fulton detainees are generally housed at the regional CCNO facility in Stryker, so there is no separate Fulton jail roster to consult. CCNO's public inmate search is for active custody. A person who no longer appears there may have been released, but may instead have gone to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, another jail, the U.S. Marshals Service, or immigration custody.
The durable proof is an existing CCNO booking-and-release sheet, jail-register entry, or equivalent release record for the specific booking. That record can establish the actual date and time, authority, type, and destination when those fields are maintained and public. The relevant Fulton court docket can then confirm the order behind bond, dismissal, time served, sentence, or transfer. Web silence alone answers none of those questions.
Check Fulton Same-Day Releases
Start with the booking, not an assumed release window. CCNO serves five member counties and also holds federal populations, so a matching name must be tied to a Fulton arresting agency or court. The booking number is especially useful because it separates repeat commitments and gives CCNO a precise record target.

One-Day Reports Are Bookings
CCNO's Booking Report page offers “Previous Day Bookings” and “Previous 7 Days Bookings.” The first is a prior calendar day's intake report, not a rolling 24-hour release product. It may show reporting jurisdiction or arresting agency, name, booking number, booked date and time, descriptors, home city, case number, charge, severity, status, and court. It does not supply an actual release time or release reason.
The successful project capture below comes from the official CCNO Booking Report page, where those two booking choices appear. Its labels matter. A person shown was booked during the report period, while a person absent was not necessarily released. Data can also change after the generated report.
This source is useful for finding a fresh intake and its booking number. Release verification still requires the actual CCNO release entry.

Fulton Release Versus Custody
The active CCNO population is a current-custody tool. Its “Estimated Out Date” is prospective and can be blank or change with holds, court action, sentence credit, and case status. It is not an actual release timestamp. A person who remains on that roster has not yet been shown as released from CCNO, while disappearance merely tells the reader to investigate the next event.

Request Fulton Same-Day Records
CCNO accepts public-record requests by email at ccnoregional@gmail.com, by mail to Public Records Request, CCNO, 03151 County Road 2425, Stryker, OH 43557, in person during its published weekday business hours, or by telephone at 419-428-3800 extension 201. State the person's full name, date of birth if known, booking number, Fulton agency or court, and a tight admission or release date range.
Ask for the booking-and-release sheet, jail-register entry, and any existing release-authority or disposition record. Request the recorded actual release date and time, type, destination, and ordering agency to the extent maintained and public. CCNO lists single-sided letter-size paper copies at $0.25 per page and says records are supplied at cost within a reasonable time. Ask for an electronic copy and cost estimate when practical.
Medical records, protected investigatory information, Social Security numbers, safety-sensitive material, and records barred by law may be withheld. If only part is exempt, ask for the segregable public portion and the legal basis for each redaction.
After-Hours Fulton Bond Release
Fulton Western District Court has a distinct after-hours bond route. Its official bond page says bond for an arrested and booked person may be posted 24 hours a day. During the court's weekday business hours, the published contact is 419-337-9212. When the court is closed, the page directs callers to Wauseon Police at 419-335-3821.
Bond posting supplies authority for a possible release, but it does not establish the moment CCNO processed the person out. Another hold, a warrant, or a receiving agency can change the outcome. Match the court case to the CCNO booking, then obtain the actual release entry. This local distinction is why a bond receipt and a same-day release record answer related but different questions.
Note: A posted bond does not cancel another valid hold or prove that a person returned to the community.
Fulton Release Check Fallbacks
Ohio VINE can provide a specific-person custody status and enabled release or transfer alerts for participating county and state records. It is useful before an expected event, but its data can lag and its result is not the jail's legal release certificate. For a state-prison case, use the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Offender Search and read the current status rather than relying on an expected date.
The Fulton court docket supplies the legal trail. It may show bond posted, recognizance, dismissal, sentencing, jail-time credit, transport, judicial release, or another signed action. Court posting can lag too. The strongest same-day answer joins the court authority to CCNO's actual record and then checks any named receiving system. No official Fulton Ohio sheriff mobile app with a released-person screen was verified. App-store results for a “Fulton County Sheriff” often point to counties in other states, especially Georgia, and should not be substituted for an Ohio source. The official Fulton Sheriff page and CCNO navigation lead to web and agency channels. A same-name mobile product cannot establish a local release.
Registry searches also answer a different question. Ohio's sex-offender registry applies only to people with a registration duty and says nothing about the release status of most CCNO detainees. Use it only when that specific statutory duty is relevant, never as a general recent-release list.
